Erusia Central News, August 31st 17:13 GMT

The National People's Assembly, the highest organ of State power in the Democratic People's Republic, is to hold its first full meeting after the historic 4th National Congress of the Erusian National Communist Party later this week. Scheduled for September 5th, the Assembly will meet to discuss and review the legislative agenda proposed by the Communist Party at the most important event in the political calendar, deciding how best to approach the issues and challenges put before them and discerning how they can apply the revolutionary principles of Socialism to each unique problem in a scientific manner. A busy legislative year is expected for the Premier, Kai Roosevelt, who will preside over the meeting as usual. The Assembly has also been asked to try and stabilise the frequence of its meetings, something Vice-Premier Laura Williams has said is being "carefully considered".
